Tour Details

We'll meet at the indicated time at the entrance to the Palace of Fine Arts to begin this fascinating guided tour that will take us into the history, art and architecture of this cultural icon of Mexico City.

We'll start by admiring its imposing exterior façade, built in Carrara marble and decorated with sculptures reflecting the influence of Art Nouveau. We'll tell you the story behind its complex construction process, which began under the direction of Italian architect Adamo Boari and was completed years later by Federico Mariscal—a blend of European elegance and Mexican soul.

Then, we'll walk through the doors to discover the interiors, which feature an Art Deco style that contrasts with the building's exterior. Stained-glass windows, onyx details and exquisite decoration will welcome you to the main rooms, which will surprise you!

The visit will continue with an unmissable stop: the monumental murals by Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco and David Alfaro Siqueiros. These masterpieces narrate the history of Mexico through art, with a visual force that leaves an impression on everyone.
