El viaje de ida fue bien, no así el de vuelta, nos dijo el conductor que vendría el mismo autocar y no fue así, vino más tarde de la hora establecida y además no tenía ningún distintivo de Civitatis, cuando pensábamos que teníamos buscar un transporte alternativo casualmente un señor con el que coincidimos en el viaje de ida nos llamó. Otro usuario del servicio nos comento que le habian avisado del cambio de autocar por corrreo, en mi caso no fue asi. No creo que vuelva a utilizar sus servicios.

Dos aspectos a mejorar: 1º, que el autobús tenga alguna identificación de Civitatis o al menos el conductor sepa que está contratado por esta empresa (en el viaje de regreso preguntando si era el autobús de Civitatis el señor me miró como si fuera un marciano). 2º, sería de agradecer algo más de amplitud en el minibus, los 16 pasajeros íbamos encajados por más que el trayecto sólo fueran 20 minutos. Respecto a la compañía ha sido nefasta, menos mal que los conductores fueron unos verdaderos profesionales y empáticos con nosotros porque estábamos bajo un diluvio.

La recogida en Toledo muy bien. El conductor muy amable, la hora puntual. A la vuelta salimos del espectáculo El sueño de Toledo y allí estaban todos los autobuses excepto el nuestro. A la vuelta, el conductor paso lista, pero se olvido nombrar a una pareja y su hijo que no habían llegado y salimos del parque. Mas tarde estos le llaman y el conductor da la vuelta para buscarlos. Esto supuso un retraso. Al llegar a Toledo las escaleras que llevan a la Plaza de Zocodover estaban cerradas por ser más de las 12 y tuvimos que subir andando todas las cuestas.

La ida muy puntual, pero a la vuelta nos costó encontrar el autocar, ya que, había muchísimas empresas de autocares y de noche cuesta bastante encontrarlo entre tantos. Se debería de poner un cartel diferenciador grande con el nombre de la empresa. Como no lo encontrábamos, llamé a la empresa y nadie me contestó, por suerte, al final lo encontramos.
