Las actividades estaban bastante bien, la cata de vinos estuvo genial y muy bien explicada por la chica de la bodega. Los dos lugares que fuimos a visitar fueron muy bonitos y con tiempo suficiente para poder pasear y comer por allí. El autobús llegó casi una hora tarde a recoger is en Siena. Pensamos que nos iba a reponer el tiempo perdido pero no fue así . En lugar de eso , recortaron el tour casi dos horas con muy poco tiempo en cada lugar...y lo peor de todo fué que no visitamos el pueblo de Montalcino y formaba parte de los alcances del tour. Solo nos llevaron a la cata de vinos a las afueras de Montalcino ...Eso me decepcionó

La actividad estaba propuesta con un guía en español. Sólo tuvimos un conductor que nos llevó a Pienza y Montepulciano y que no era guía (solo chofer) y sólo hablaba italiano. Nos dejaba en algún punto de la ciudad y nos decía que debíamos ir a algún punto dentro de la ciudad. ¡Todo en italiano ! Eso sí, el conductor Francesco muy amable, con la mejor actitud. Además en la primera degustación solo nos dieron pan con aceite para el maridaje y a otros visitante les dieron plato de carnes frías.

The activity was offered with a Spanish-speaking guide. We only had a driver who took us to Pienza and Montepulciano, who wasn't a guide (just a driver) and only spoke Italian. He would drop us off somewhere in the city and tell us where we needed to go. All in Italian! The driver, Francesco, was very friendly and had the best attitude. Also, at the first tasting, they only gave us bread and olive oil for the pairing, while other visitors were given a plate of cold cuts.

Te piden llegar a las 9:15 para el check-in, pero nadie del tour apareció hasta las 10:00. Estuvimos esperando sin ningún aviso, notificación ni explicación. Nos dejaron abandonados. Al llegar simplemente pusieron excusas. Durante el trayecto se perdieron varias veces, como si fuera la primera vez que hacían el recorrido. Las bodegas y los pueblos son hermosos, pero la organización deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría.

La visita a Pienza e Montepulciano è stata piacevole e interessante. I ritmi di partenza e arrivo sono stati ben scanditi. Purtroppo, pur avendo scelto, al momento della prenotazione, la lingua italiana per l'escursione, la guida si è espressa, per l'intero viaggio, esclusivamente in inglese e spagnolo, senza una mail che che ce lo comunicasse preventivamente. Ulteriore pecca è la mancata visita, anche essa prevista nel programma, a Monteriggioni. Degustazioni interessanti e di qualità.

The visit to Pienza and Montepulciano was pleasant and interesting. The departure and arrival times were well scheduled. Unfortunately, even though I chose Italian as the language for the excursion at the time of booking, the guide spoke exclusively in English and Spanish for the entire trip, without an email informing us of this in advance.
