Una actividad que no merece la pena hacer desde el Norte. Nos recogieron a las 8,1o de la mañana, llegamos a Los Cristianos a las 11 horas. A las 17,10 era la recogida. Son las 19,05 y estamos a unos 30/45 minutos del Puerto de la Cruz. Es decir casi 3 horas de ida, 6 horas escasas de playa, y otras casi tres horas de vuelta. Civitatis, debierais advertirlo antes de contratar esta actividad.

This activity isn't worth doing from the North. We were picked up at 8:10 am and arrived in Los Cristianos at 11:00 am. The return trip was scheduled for 5:10 pm. It's now 7:05 pm and we're about 30-45 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz. That's almost 3 hours each way, barely 6 hours on the beach, and another almost 3 hours back. Civitatis, you should warn people about this before they book this activity.

No pongo menos porque no se puede. Horrible la gestión de la actividad. Nos dieron un papel con la recogida, a las 16:40 A los de Siam park les dijeron de palabra que les recogerían a las 17:30, aunque en el papel ponía otra hora. Al bajarme, volví a preguntar a la del autobús, confirmándome lo que estaba en el papel. Se rogaba máxima puntualidad y estuvimos en la parada, de pie, y a sol de pleno, hasta las 17:20 que aparecieron. Lo reclamé y encima no me dan soluciones. Horrible, fatal

I'm not giving it a lower rating because I can't. The management of the activity was awful. They gave us a slip of paper with the pickup time, 4:40 PM. The people from Siam Park were told verbally that they would be picked up at 5:30 PM, even though the slip stated a different time. When I got off the bus, I asked the bus attendant again, and she confirmed what was on the slip. They requested maximum punctuality, and we were left standing at the bus stop in the blazing sun until 5:20 PM when they finally showed up. I complained, and on top of that, they offered no solutions. Horrible, terrible.

Igual que si coges un autobús y te vas por tu cuenta. La guía se bajó en Puerto de la Cruz cuando recogió a todos los clientes de los demás hoteles. El autobús paró primero en Siam Park y después nos dejaron en la puerta de un hotel sin más información, sólo la hora de recogida y el número de autobus que realizaba ésta. Sinceramente no la recomiendo.

It's like taking a bus and going on your own. The guide got off in Puerto de la Cruz after picking up all the other guests from the hotels. The bus first stopped at Siam Park, and then they dropped us off at a hotel entrance with no further information, just the pickup time and the bus number. I honestly don't recommend it.

En realidad solo fue el trayecto de bus des de Puerto de la Cruz hasta los Cristianos, lo que no me gustó fue que el día anterior me mandaron un mensaje con una ubicación diferente a la que había des del principio que era en el Hotel Check-in Concordia que es donde fuimos para esperar el bus pero al final la recogida era en la ubicación inicial en la plaza de los reyes católicos. Entonces había un poco de desorganización en este sentido.

In reality it was only the bus ride from Puerto de la Cruz to Los Cristianos, what I didn't like was that the day before they sent me a message with a different location than the one from the beginning, which was at the Hotel Check-in. in Concordia which is where we went to wait for the bus but in the end the pick-up was at the initial location in the Plaza de los Reyes Católicas.
