The tour was beautiful. The guide was on this tour for the first time. He was friendly and personable. At first, he shared local stories very well. Then he started talking about personal life, which wasn't very appropriate. And I didn't know how much to charge for the optional tours. I've been on other tours, and the guides were great.

This tour was amazing! We admired Morro do Careca, Praia das Tartarugas, stopped for a swim, and even saw dolphins in the distance! A special mention goes to the sailor, who was super attentive, knowledgeable about the region, and very respectful of nature. I loved all the knowledge he shared and every moment we experienced. I highly recommend this tour! The staff at the base were also attentive and welcoming, always providing guidance.

Unforgettable Tours and Activities in Natal | Book Online

Located on the northeastern coast of Brazil, Natal is a sun-soaked paradise famous for its golden beaches, dune landscapes, and warm hospitality. Travelers are drawn to its laid-back atmosphere, vibrant local culture, and pristine coastline—making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled holiday.

A Glimpse into the Past

Founded on Christmas Day in 1599, the city gets its name from the Portuguese word for “Christmas.” Over the centuries, it became an important port and fortification, especially during World War II when it served as an Allied airbase. Today, its rich history can still be seen in architectural gems and local traditions.

When to Visit

Thanks to its tropical climate, the weather here is pleasant year-round. However, the best months for outdoor activities are from September to January, when you’ll enjoy sunny days, warm sea temperatures, and little rain—ideal conditions for beach lovers and adventure seekers.

What are the must-see attractions?

Don’t miss the impressive dunes of Genipabu, the historic Forte dos Reis Magos, and the clear waters of Ponta Negra Beach. A buggy ride along the coast or a boat tour to the Parrachos de Maracajaú are also unforgettable experiences in this part of Brazil.

Is it safe to travel to this destination?

The city is generally considered safe for tourists, especially in popular areas. It’s always recommended to stay aware of your surroundings, avoid isolated areas at night, and keep your belongings secure, as you would in any major tourist destination.
