Muy bien toda la organización, te recogen en la puerta del hotel y te llevan en furgo hasta la misma ciudad de Herculano. La visita muy completa y el guía Bruno muy agradable. El único pero es la hora... a las 13:30h cae un sol de justicia y entre tanta piedra es demasiado caluroso, y luego no sabes si comer a las 12 o a las 17 h. La hora no es adecuada para esta visita. La recogida en el punto de encuentro fatal, nos han enviado dos mails con información contradictoria y nos han hecho perder una hora porqué además han llegado tarde. Hay que tener en cuenta la hora a mediodía con calor y horario para comer.

Cuando nos recogieron nos enteramos de que la excursión se iba a realizar con audioguia, porque no éramos 6 en el grupo. Cuando realice la reserva, ponía lo siguiente: La actividad se realiza con un guía que habla español, aunque en ocasiones podría hacerse de forma bilingüe. Esta actividad necesita un mínimo de 4 participantes. En caso de no alcanzar ese número, os contactaremos para ofreceros diferentes alternativas. No cumplieron nada. Para pagar 140 y en esas condiciones mejor ir por libre.

When we were picked up, we found out the tour would be with an audio guide because there weren't six of us in the group. When I made the reservation, it stated the following: "The activity is conducted with a Spanish-speaking guide, although it may occasionally be bilingual. This activity requires a minimum of four participants. If this number is not reached, we will contact you to offer different alternatives." They didn't honor any of the terms. Paying €140 for those conditions would have been better than going independently.

La peor experiencia que he tenido con civitatis El guía marcos que nos ha recogido en Napoles genia! Muy atento y preocupado en todo momento No había grupo para guía en español por lo cual un audio guía que aunque eso ya lo dicen en sus condiciones vale para poco. Te pierdes toda la parte pri.era que explica el guía en inglés porque en la audio guía no explica nada del inicio Muchas veces la audioguia no coincide con lo que estas viendo No recomiendo para nada esta excursión si hablan español

The worst experience I've ever had with Civitatis. The guide Marcos, who picked us up in Naples, was fantastic! Very attentive and concerned at all times. There wasn't a group with a Spanish-speaking guide, so the audio guide, which they mention in their terms and conditions, is practically useless. You miss the entire first part explained by the guide in English because the audio guide doesn't explain anything about the beginning. Many times the audio guide doesn't match what you're seeing. I absolutely do not recommend this tour if you speak Spanish.
