La excursión se hace muy pesada: 3 h de autobús hasta St. Moritz (con parada), 1,5 h allí, 2,5 h en el Bernina Express, 40 min en Tirano y otras 3 h de vuelta. Los atascos nos hicieron llegar a Milán a las 20:00 en lugar de las 18:00. Si ya conoces Suiza, el paisaje no sorprende tanto. La guía hablaba español, pero hizo toda la excursión solo en inglés, sin adaptarse al grupo.He realizado otras excursiones en las que los guías se adaptaban al grupo y daban las explicaciones en ambos idiomas.

The excursion was very tiring: a 3-hour bus ride to St. Moritz (with a stop), 1.5 hours there, 2.5 hours on the Bernina Express, 40 minutes in Tirano, and another 3 hours back. Traffic jams meant we didn't arrive in Milan until 8:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM. If you've already been to Switzerland, the scenery isn't all that impressive. The guide spoke Spanish, but conducted the entire tour only in English, without adapting to the group. I've been on other tours where the guides adapted to the group and gave explanations in both languages.

La actividad fue bien pero en el Bernina express a nuestro grupo nos han puesto en el vagon que no era panoramico. La guia nos ha dicho que ella no podia hacer nada yq ue reclamasemos a la vuelta. Por lo demas, bien todo. Hemos llegado a Saint Moritz con algo de retraso por el trafico pero en la hora y media ha dado tiempo a conocerlo. Lo del tren interesante y bonito, si bien el tren que se pagó con la reserva era el panoramico

Purtroppo, nonostante la prenotazione per il Bernina express "panoramico" ci siamo visti "sistemare" nelle carrozze del trenino rosso in partenza da St Moritz che si sono aggiunte all'ultimo momento al convoglio originale La lunghezza del tragitto effettuato e il traffico ci hanno consentito purtroppo una brevissima sosta a St. Moritz. El paseo estuvo muy bien aunque tuvimos que suspenderlo antes de terminar por un incendio antes de tirano…..después de ahí el autobús vino por nosotros y todo bien, el detalle fue con la guía que no se detuvo para ir al baño a pesar de que era un traslado de tres horas o más Algunos pasajeros se molestaron con la guía y con el chofer
