Nos recibieron muy bien, visitamos todas las estancias del estadio, el guía era muy divertido. Pero, nos dejaron muy poco tiempo para ver el interior del estadio (gradas y terreno de juego), y para hacernos fotos. Las charlas fueron un tanto largas y en inglés, hubiéramos preferido menos charla y más visita libre.

We received a very warm welcome and visited all the areas of the stadium; the guide was very entertaining. However, we were given very little time to see the interior of the stadium (stands and pitch) and to take photos. The talks were rather long and in English; we would have preferred less talk and more free time to explore.

Le verdad , la persona que nos dio el tour es más personal del staff que un real guía. Solo hablo un idioma, lo habló tan raro con slang qué la verdad entendí menos de la mitad de lo que dijo. Él no tiene la culpa, solo hace lo que le dicen, pero preguntas importantes no las contesto, decía que después, difícilmente se le entendía y no me gustó. Se limito a dar algunos datos, no explicó ninguna foto y eventos de relevancia. Uno se los tuvo que imaginar.

Honestly, the person who gave us the tour is more of a staff member than a real guide. He only spoke one language, and his slang was so strange that I honestly understood less than half of what he said. It's not his fault; he just does what he's told. But he didn't answer important questions. He said afterward that he was hard to understand, and I didn't like it. He limited himself to providing a few facts; he didn't explain any photos or relevant events. You had to imagine them.

La visita en general fue muy bien. El guía que llevó el grupo, Jonathan, era muy agradable y tenía gran conocimiento sobre el estadio. Sin embargo, creo que sería una buena opción ofrecer tours con audioguía en distintos idiomas, como es el caso del Estadio del Arsenal, porque para aquellos cuyo dominio del inglés es bajo, les supone no entender prácticamente nada de lo que se les está explicando. Un tour de estadio interesante sobre todo x el estadio que es, si no, hay tours de estadios mejores. Y es una pena xq nuestro guía, Richard, lo hizo genial, ameno y divertido, pero el recinto en sí es enorme y muy "frio", podría tener muchísimas más cosas ambientando... me pareció pobre. La parte de sala de prensa, vestuarios y el campo estuvo muy bien. En este estadio no hay "museo" como tal. Y lo que tb es muy pobre es la tienda, muy poca variedad de cosas de recuerdo. An interesting stadium tour, especially for the stadium itself. If not, there are better stadium tours. Il tour ovviamente è in inglese se una persona è come me a livello base non capirà tutto! Pero dura circa 2 ore quindi il tempo è lungo,i miei bambini sulla fine si stavano anche stancando un po a dirla tutta. Nel complesso pero la guida simpatica e alla mano, visiti lo stadio nei vari punti,spogliatoi,stanza con le maglie appese, bar dove ci sono esposte altre maglie e insegne dei big degli anni passati, siedi sulla tribuna ecc Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is obviously in English if a person is like me at a basic level they will not understand everything! But it lasts about 2 hours so the time is long, my children at the end were also getting a bit tired to be honest. Overall though the guide is nice and easy going, you visit the stadium in various points, changing rooms, room with the shirts hanging, bar where there are other shirts and signs of the big players from past years on display, you sit in the stands etc. Opinion translated. El tour empieza por tu cuenta. Y luego nos dijo un guía que esperáramos 45 minutos a que viniese más gente para hacer la parte guiada. La visita era en inglés aunque el guía era muy simpático y cuando acababa de explicar algo y la gente estaba haciéndose fotos nos hacía un breve resumen porque hablaba español. Esta muy bien porque conoces una parte del estadio pero se hace muy pesado

The tour starts on your own. And then a guide told us to wait 45 minutes for more people to come to do the guided part. The visit was in English although the guide was very nice and when he had just explained something and people were taking pictures he would give us a brief summary because he spoke Spanish. En vuestra página dice que es visita libre y con audio guía en español. NO ES CIERTO. NO es libre, es por grupos y en inglés. NO tienen audioguia en ningun idioma. Es la primera vez que uso Civitatis y la última, estoy bastante defraudado.

Genial. Al inicio es videovisita (la parte del museo) pero después pasa a ser visita guiada. Se pasa por el palco, los vestuarios, la sala de prensa, se entra al campo (aunque no puedes tocar el césped), puedes sentarte en los banquillos,... Todo muy bien explicado (en inglés)

El guía del tour por el estadio estuvo sensacional, muy simpático y se le entendía perfectamente en inglés. Como comentario, en el bono que imprimimos no figuraba la hora de visita (pone que se puede realizar en cualquier momento desde la apertura al cierre), lo que al principio les generó desconcierto al personal de la taquillas.
