Excelente experiência. Pessoal de balcão e de bordo disponível e com informação clara. Fizemos a reserva online, guardamos o bilhete com QR code no telemóvel e acedemos sem problema ao barco. As viagens não tinham data nem hora fixas, vindo no bilhete só uma data que creio ser a validade do mesmo, o que é mais uma vantagem. Actividad súper recomendada, el ticket sale más barato que en cualquier otro sitio. Además, puedes elegir la hora de ida y vuelta. Lo único que no mencionan ni especifican es que tienes que ir a la oficina de Balearia que está en el puerto para que ellos te den los tickets. Por otro lado, al subir al barco no ponen ningún anuncio de bienvenida y seguridad, aunque entiendo que esto no depende de Civitatis.

La primera reserva la hice de 11:30 a 19:30 pero después quise estar una hora más en Formentera, o séa, hora de vuelta 20:30, mandé una consulta y me contestaron que no se podía variar ya, que si había puesto hora de vuelta 19:30 que tenía que volver a ésa hora. Cancelé la reserva y volví a reservar con la nueva hora de vuelta siendo totalmente innecesario ya que el billete es abierto y puedes coger el ferry a la hora que te dé la gana (salen cada media hora más o menos). Fuimos en un barco super grande, cosa q me alegró ya que tampoco me convencen mucho los barcos y a la vuelta era uno mas pequeño pero no se mucho la diferencia los 2 se movían poco y tardaban media hora. Cosas buenas y malas… Buenas: puedes coger el barco a la hora que quieras., siempre hay sitio. Malas: pone que tarda 30 min. A la ida tardamos 45 mins y a la vuelta nos metieron en un barco enorme (el ferry que transporta vehículos) y tardó mas de 1 hora. No era culpa del mar que estaba perfecto.

Al llegar a la taquilla de Balearia nos pusieron problemas para canjear la compra en billetes para el ferry de media hora, ya que decían que nuestro localizador se asociaba al ferry que dura una hora, y que es más barato. El viaje en si estuvo bastante bien, pero la chica que nos dió las tarjetas de embarque en Balearia fue un poco incompetente. Podíamos volver a cualquier hora, ya que reservamos el viaje más caro y evitamos el low cost. La chica de la taquilla nos asignó el barco low cost que salía a última hora de la noche, cuando en principio podíamos volver a cualquier hora menos a esa. Menos mal que la chica de embarque nos dejó viajar en el barco que nos correspondía, si no habríamos tenido 5 horas muertas.
