La visita estuvo muy bien y como el tiempo pintaba mal (lluvia), nos dieron la opción de cambiar la excursión para visitar la Abadía de Kylemore (viajabamos en el mismo autobús que los que habían contratado esa visita). Nos decidimos por hacer la rutita (habíamos visto el tiempo y no parecía que fuera a llover) y nos gustó mucho. El conductor/guía muy simpático y aportando datos curiosos. The visit was great, and since the weather forecast was bad (rain), they gave us the option of changing the excursion to visit Kylemore Abbey (we were traveling on the same bus as those who had booked that tour). We decided to do the short walk (we had checked the weather and it didn't look like it was going to rain) and we really enjoyed it. The driver/guide was very friendly and shared interesting facts. Enige puntje wat ons betreft had gemogen, is op de terugweg in plaats van 25 minuten bij schapen voeren en later nog bij een winkel 15-20 minuten, liever 30 minuten extra bij Diamond Hill, waardoor de toch naar de top wel haalbaar is. Excursion très agréable, très bien documentée par notre chauffeur qui connaît à merveille la région et ses bons spots photographie. Le seul petit bémol et que le temps de promenade de 2h au Parc national ne permet pas de faire l'ascension de Diamond Hill qui en nécessite deux et demi mais qui permet de couvrir une grande partie du parc! Suite à une mauvaise communication entre Civitatis et la société de transport prestataire, le bus n'est pas venu chercher le groupe auquel j'appartenais à l'hôtel Connacht comme convenu. Nous avons dû attendre une demi-heure dans la rue et contacter par nous-mêmes la société. Le départ effectif pour le Connemara a été retardé de manière importante. Si par la suite, la journée s'est très bien passée, ce manque de sérieux est des plus regrettables. Cordialement.

Contrairement à ce qui avait été initialement prévu, le bus n'est pas venu nous chercher à l'hôtel et nous l'avons attendu durant 45 minutes dehors. Il a fallu téléphoner pour qu'un bus de substitution vienne nous chercher.

L’excursion en elle-même était satisfaisante, les arrêts minutes en bus pour prendre des clichés l’étaient moins. Les commentaires appréciés. Cependant, le départ depuis l’hôtel s’est avéré calorique. Nous avons attendu dans le froid et le vent le bus pendant plus d’une demi-heure, le conducteur qui s’est arrêté pour un autre groupe a été fort désagréable. Certes, il s’agit d’un problème de communication interne, mais la gêne occasionnée est dommageable.

J'avais cliqué sur le bouton pour demander à être récupéré à l'hôtel. La réservation n'a pas été prise en compte, nous avons attendu presque une heure dans le froid avant de pouvoir trouver une solution. C'est décevant.

We had a terrible experiencie. We don't recomend it at all. First, we left late and from the get go the driver was saying that we were behind schedule. We had to make a few stops shorter due to that. Then, when returning from the hike at the National Park, the bus have left us because we were 8 mins late!! They never call us or care to contact us to find out what had happend. We went on other tours in Galway and they were much better in content and we even wait on other passenger
