Bastante bien,lo único agradecería que si contratamos un actividad en idioma español que la persona que tiene que dar la entradas hablase también español y no sólo inglés o italiano,las posibles indicaciones que tiene que dar la persona que reparte las entradas, son imposibles de entender para la gente que no hable estos idiomas. Realmente me pareció una actividad que deja bastante que desear, de por sí la gente que te recibe solo te da los tickets y en el momento te dice cómo bajar el audio guía que por supuesto tardo en descargar y no tiene explicación alguna del piso de arriba. De por sí la galería no dice mucho salvo por el David, que súper vale la pena ver

I found the activity quite disappointing. The staff who greet you simply hand out tickets and immediately tell you how to download the audio guide, which, of course, takes forever to download and offers no explanation whatsoever of the upstairs area. La Galería de la Academia es esplendida, el único ¡pero!, la "auditoria", era una app que nos descargaron en nuestros teléfonos los guías que fueron a comprobar nuestra reserva, la cobertura era malisima, por lo que tardamos mas de 15 minutos en descargarlas con la ayuda del wifi de los teléfonos de los guías.

The Accademia Gallery is splendid, the only downside!, the "audit", was an app that the guides who came to check our reservation downloaded on our phones, the coverage was terrible, so it took us more than 15 minutes to download them with the help of the guides' phones' wifi.

Me habían informado que nos entregarían auriculares. Si bien tiene un costo, estimo es correcto, pero no nos dieron nada.
