Las actividades ofrecidas son buenas, pero el servicio al cliente NO es bueno. Si hay que hacer cambios al itinerario, la respuesta por mensaje o correo electrónico es bastante lento o no existe. También, hacer reservaciones cuando tienen que ser por correo electrónico es bastante lento.

The activities offered are good, but the customer service is NOT good. If changes need to be made to the itinerary, the response via text or email is very slow or nonexistent. Also, making reservations when they have to be made via email is quite slow.

O Go City é ótimo, recomendo, mas os tours que fizemos na Espanha com o Amigo Tours deixou a desejar, pois filtramos por atividades específicas para acessibilidade. E tivemos problemas em 3 delas: Segóvia e Toledo foram as piores, pois tinham caminhadas de mais de 45 minutos, impossível, parque Guell não conseguimos encontrar o ponto de encontro, pois entraram por um lado não acessível. Go City is great, I recommend it, but the tours we did in Spain with Amigo Tours left something to be desired, because we filtered them by activities specific to accessibility. And we had problems with 3 of them: Segovia and Toledo were the worst, because they were impossible walks of more than 45 minutes, and we couldn't find the meeting point for Park Guell, because we entered through a side that wasn't accessible. A differenza del pass acquistato da voi per Vienna, questa volta si è rivelato carente di servizi. Il pass vero e proprio non è mai servito per salire nel bus turistico, abbiamo sempre dovuto fare le file per accedere alle attrazioni che erano incluse con la tessera. Tinha disponibilidade na visita guiada no Parque Guell, mas dava erro na hora de reservar. Entrei em contato pelo chat da Go City pedindo orientação e me orientaram enviar email, o que fiz, mas tive resposta apenas após a conclusão da validade do pass.

There was availability for the guided tour at Park Güell, but I encountered an error when trying to book. I contacted Go City via chat for guidance, and they advised me to send an email, which I did, but I only received a response after the pass had expired.

Realmente se economiza muito com esse passe, mas nem tudo é uma maravilha. Mesmo comprando o passe de 2 dias ou mais, nao informam que isso nao vale para o onibus, tive que pagar mais dias a parte. Fiz reserva para o Parque Guell quando podia ir e eles, por conta própria "deram opção" única para o próximo dia. Poderia nao estar mais na cidade e teria que pagar para ir. Além disso embora o tour esteja como "bilingue" Ingles e Espanhol, o guia apenas falava ingles.

You really save a lot with this pass, but not everything is wonderful. Even when buying the 2-day pass or more, they do not inform you that it does not apply to the bus, I had to pay for extra days separately. I made a reservation for Park Güell when I could go, and they, on their own, "gave a unique option" for the next day. I might not have been in the city anymore and would have to pay to go. Furthermore, although the tour is listed as "bilingual" in English and Spanish, the guide only spoke English.
